Warranty and Return Policy

Globale Stores warrants that the products sold in our website, other than explicitly stated, are 100 percent brand new and free from defects in material and workmanship under normal conditions of use. In order to provide total satisfaction to our customers, we offer a 12-month contractual warranty for any defective products, starting from the date of delivery.

 

Satisfaction & Refund

  • If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through support@Globale-stores.com to obtain a RMA Number within seven (7) days of purchase; we will refund the product unit price after deducting shipping charges or replace non-defective product(s). However, customers are responsible for paying the shipping charges including the return and resending ones. Also, products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
  • Should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional delivery and service charges so incurred.

 

RETURNS DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PRODUCT

  • If products are returned to us within ten (10) days from the purchase day, we will bear all the shipping charges for exchange; and if justified, refund will be made in full. However, products so returned must be 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer.
  • After ten (10) days and up to one (1) year of purchase, exchange will be arranged. Refund request will not be accepted unless a replacement is not available.
  • Replacement products or refund will be arranged for all fault products returned, subject to technical test results that justify Customers complaint.

 

IF YOUR PRODUCT IS BROKEN OR DAMAGED UPON ARRIVAL

  1. Please inspect all packages carefully upon receipt.
  2. Please keep all packaging materials, including interior and exterior containers.
  3. Please do not return damaged merchandise. The shipper may request to see the condition of the package as it arrived at the delivery site.

Disregard of the above precautions could lead to the termination of the warranty by Globale Stores.

 

Warranty and Return Policy for Clearance Promotional Items

  1. Three months free of charge warranty is provided for promotional items from the date of original purchase under normal and non-commercial use. Replacement items, if issued, do not restart or in any way extend the warranty period.
  2. All items if returned for whatever reasons must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number, which is to be issued upon request. Items returned without RMA# will delay the process or be ignored.
  3. If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us to obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (15) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.
  4. A replacement will be arranged for all defective products returned, subject to verification of defect. However, products so returned must be 100% complete.
  5. Refund request would be accepted ONLY when replacement items are not available.
